The driving force behind the formation of CAC was owner, Kristin Leggio's infinite love of animals and a desire to bring joy and happiness into the lives of dogs. Dogs give of themselves so selflessly, enhancing our lives and loving us unconditionally, Kristin wanted to help people give something back to their dogs. As a lifelong pet owner, she knows first hand that ensuring pets are properly cared for can be a source of stress and anxiety, especially with hectic schedules and travel plans. CAC's services aim to eliminate that stress and provide you with the confidence and peace of mind of knowing that a team of responsible, qualified animal lovers are caring for your pets.

Kristin has been a dog (and cat) owner all of her life and has over 20 years of dog training and professional pet care experience.  She has a lifetime of animal adoration, care and support to draw on while tending to the CAC Members. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the College of St Rose in Albany, NY. Kristin and her highly qualified staff have been caring for pets in the Greenwich area since 1999 and has an impeccable reputation and excellent references.

"I wanted to do something special and different to enrich the lives of dogs and their owners." says Kristin who pioneered the idea of "Doggie Day Camp" as a means to create a group play and socialization option for CAC Members back in 1999 when such a service was yet unavailable.
"Creating a new adventure for each session and offering different programs and flexible memberships gives our Members a lot of options."

Its truly rewarding to know that the Members are getting the daily exercise they need to be happy and healthy and that their owners feel good about leaving them in our care."  Kristin spent 10 years as a corporate executive prior to opening CAC, and applies the customer service, communication and business operations skills she acquired in her prior career, to running CAC. It is her unique combination of business savvy and uncompromising standards for pet care which sets CAC apart and keeps the service ahead of the curve. "We listen to what our Members want and deliver exactly that. We think 'out of the box' to find solutions and are always available as a source of information for our Members. They are our extended canine family and I am always thinking of new ways to improve or expand the services we offer because we only want the best for them. After all, we only get a short time on this Earth to enjoy our dogs, so we should make every day special."
